COVID-19 SECURE REOPENING

BEFORE YOU BOOK

If you would like to visit Linton Zoo you will need to purchase your tickets online for your chosen visit date and time slot.
T
ickets cannot be purchased at the zoo gates.

All tickets must be bought online to manage the capacity within the park, stagger arrival times and reduce the need of staff contact. We will monitor our visitor numbers on a regular basis with a view to increasing our capacities when it is safe to do so.

You must not meet socially in groups of more than 6 - children, including babies, count toward the number.
Exceptions apply as detailed on www.gov.uk

Tickets can be purchased up to 1 hour prior to visiting and are available on a first-come first-served basis.

You must choose a date and available time slot at the point of purchase. Tickets are released regularly in batches so please keep checking back if the date you want is not yet available, and book early to avoid disappointment.

Entry to the car park will be allowed during your time slot only.

You will not be limited in the amount of time you can spend with us, other than the closing time at the end of the day.

You will receive a confirmation email containing your ticket(s) and information for your visit.

DO NOT visit if you are, or you have been in contact with someone who is, showing symptoms of COVID-19 or have been informed by the Track and Trace system that you should self isolate. We would urge everyone to refer to Government advice before making a decision to visit the zoo. Help us keep the zoo a virus free destination for all to enjoy.

For those who have difficulty in walking distances we advise you bring your own fold away seat. Picnic tables have been withdrawn as advised.

If you have a gift voucher please email the zoo office at lintonzoo@hotmail.co.uk to make your booking. Please note that we are currently unable to offer keeper experiences, animal encounters or feeds. Your voucher will be extended by the amount of time we have been unable to offer the experience.

Tickets are not transferrable nor refundable, our standard entry terms and conditions apply.

The staff and animals cannot wait to welcome you to the zoo, but in order to re-open safely we have introduced a number of restrictions and conditions which we kindly ask visitors to please comply with. We would also ask for your patience and understanding as with other businesses reopening, this is very much a learning curve and there may be tweaks and adjustments to the conditions, as we try to figure out the best solutions and methods of working with one another.
